Manatsu Japanese Dinner
PartiesThe Temple Bar Gallery was the perfect setting for this bespoke installation hung in the vacant concrete space, lit from above through the atrium. We opted for a bare, wabi-sabi aesthetic leaving the heavy wooden tables dressed with only slate tiles and cut logs. We kept the lighting to a minimum as the natural setting lent itself to the concept, and used candlelight to warm the room later on in the evening.
Manatsu meaning Midsummer was a 13-course feast designed by Robin from Gruel Guerrilla and Junko Hamilton creating authentic Japanese foods with a unique Irish twist. As always on the evening we served the attendees, and ensured our guests were well looked after!
