H&G’s Beekind Garden – Art Installation
Whilst H&G Creations Ltd. are kept busy through collaborating with brand activations and corporate events, we also feel obliged to add colour to our city and spark conversations as it is how our company came to fruition.
This time around, we decided to put our attention on to a dying species who needs to be heard – The Honey Bee.
Floating on the canal at Percy Place, H&G Creations Ltd. constructed an art-installation out of our buzzy-friends favourite pollen. Taking over a large-scale boat, pink flowers draped over each and every ledge, catching the eyes of hundreds of passers-by.
This immersive installation also acted as an interactive experience, allowing members of the public to get involved in the movement as H&G threw free-bee gift packages ashore. The gifts came in the form of bee-bomb seeds, as we encourage people partaking to take them home and plant them locally.
To add to the ambience, fun-loving bee-themed music was blared from the boat alongside the H&G community standing nearby with friendly protest posters stating the importance of the Honey Bee.
